Train your golf swing and get a workout at the same time. The goal of this training is to increase your clubhead speed and groove your swing at the same time. No ball required. You'll need the CardioSlope and the SuperSpeed golf training sticks. You can also use your club, an alignment stick and a step / bench if you prefer!
