If you want more pars, join me on a rooftop (or wherever you are) for a total body workout. All you’ll need are dumbbells of varying weights, optional stability ball, a mat, medball, and a Baker's roller. I also recommend towels, water, good form and enthusiasm. I'll bring the good form…you bring the rest. So, let's get to it!
