Get Torque with a Rubberband

Think of a rubber band. When you pull it back, you can feel the torque. When you release the rubberband, it jumps off your fingers. Same deal with the backswing. You need to create resistance in relation to your hip and your shoulder turn. Most players have too much hip turn, zapping the rubberband effect and thus zapping power and distance.
