We are now in Week 3 with a focus on Swing Plane. Staying in posture plays a huge role in keeping you on plane. Grab 3 balls and join me for this fun way to get that trail arm in front of (not stuck behind) the torso during the downswing. This in turn will help you swing out to the right and keep you on plane. BUTT first you need to focus on the Butt Move.
