It's important to simplify the swing and create an environment that the brain and body can effectively learn from. Breaking the swing into small pieces including core connect, ground pressure and a proper ground up lower body leading sequence. New rotational strategies will begin to take shape with this repetitive targeted practice. Focus on precision and consistency.
Phase 1 (weeks 1 & 2) Perform all movements, sets, and reps in succession for 2 weeks at 2 – 3 training sessions per week.
